adbodmer actively and entrepreneurially supports the competent management teams of the supported companies.

adbodmer focuses on established and medium-sized companies that are looking for a reliable partner to support them in implementing their ambitious growth plans. In doing so, adbodmer focuses on the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). The broad industry experience of our investor group allows us to act sector-agnostic.

We support the management teams with growth capital, network and expertise to create long-term value for the company and their stakeholders in a spirit of partnership.

Companies choose to work with us because we share the same values and they appreciate our value- enhancing know-how and network. The capital invested by our investors usually flows into specific growth initiatives (e.g. development of new products, international market strategies, etc.). However, it may also be used to (partially) buy out individual shareholders. We do not seek a majority interest and feel comfortable in the role of an active minority shareholder who continues the success story together with the owners. Since we are not bound to any particular structures, we work together with the entrepreneurs to develop a tailor-made solution for each investment case.

From our many years of experience, we know what is important for the successful implementation of ambitious growth plans. We support the companies at a strategic level through a BoD seat and ensure access to the entire experience of our team and our families. It is not uncommon for members of our families to make themselves available for BoD seats. However, we deliberately do not exert any influence on the operational business. This is already being managed successfully. We therefore have full trust in those responsible.

Through our families, we are excellently networked in a wide variety of industries - both nationally and internationally. We can use this network flexibly, depending on the needs of the company. Our contacts help, for example, in establishing new relationships with collaboration partners, suppliers or customers.
